Vuma and Afrihost worst Service

I have received worst service from both Afrihost and Vuma. For the past months I am unable to access DSTV App and Twitter from my phone. According to Afrihost I have 2 IP addresses and one should be removed for me to be able to access the above apps. I have had many fault tickets logged and closed but the problem is still not resolved.

Vuma blames Afrihost and Afrihost blames Vuma. Their WhatsApp agents are *********** and all I have been getting for the past months is "I am sorry for the inconvenience and the manager will look at the problem and reply via Sms or email". Nothing gets solved and come month end they take their full amount. Can anybody out there assist or advise. Will ICASA be able to assist maybe?Last week a lady called me on Friday and she promised to phone me back on Saturday at 8am.I am still waiting and cannot phone her back cos she had her number hidden. Vuma and Afrihost are just frustrating me and it seems I will not get an assistant I need
