Vuma **** and Afri-ghost

I have experienced the most atrocious service from Afrihost and Vumatel. I paid them over a week ago and arranged for my fibre installation to be done yesterday but nobody arrived. They don't have a complaints line and I cannot escalate this matter any further. I WANT MY REFUND!
