Very Very Poor Services

My acc was due on the 11th of June. its was suspended today. I made a immediate payment on Client Zone and guess what i need to wait 3 hours to be unsuspended. I am anew client and find this very frustrating my previous ISP would activate your account as soon as you make payment. Guys up your game I work from home and my management is not happy with me. I regret changing ISP from better to worse. Ur account department agents are very rude dont know how to communicate nor know their product!!!!! I want my account UNSUSPENDED ASAP
