Very unhappy customer

Afrihost is *****ing money. I cancelled my ADSL because i am moving to a new complex, cancelled my "bundled" product however Afrihost still charged me the next month. When i contacted client center they said i had to cancel the dsl line as well. I informed the consultant how is a client suppose to know that there is two separate portions to cancel and that what would i do with my dsl line without DATA, and seeing as i cancelled my line with Telkom already. However they took my money on on we went. Then last night 04/09/2018 i ordered fibre for my new place, the location map was used and just outside my complex it said Fibre available. The landlord informed me that Openserve has not activated the fibre, therefore on 05/09/2018 i cancelled the order without receiving anything e.g. router installation since i have not verified my bank details as yet through their verification process on client zone. On 05/09/2018 i receive an invoice for a R1000. HOW CAN YOU BLATANTLY CHARGE ME AGAIN IF I CANCELLED IN THE COOLING OFF PERIOD AND WITHOUT RECEIVING ANYTHING IS THIS HOW YOU HANDLE YOUR CLIENT FOR CLOSE TO 2 YEARS. I will spread the word trust me you will loose clients if this is how you treat your customers. I will block the debit order and rather fight this in court since there is such a thing as the consumer protection act even with your million and one TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT DONT MAKE SENSE TO ANY READER. Let us please read your T & C: "Should a user cancel their Afrihost Fibre less than 6 months from installation, or their account falls into arrears, they will be charged a cancellation fee of R999." This entitles you to reclaim the R999 from installation NO Installation has occurred please rectify this and take note that i will never be a client of afrihost.
