Very unhappy client

I really can't believe the perpetic service I got from Afrihost I will never again refer anyone to use there service I was advised by one of the whatsapp consultants to make a payment into there Standard bank account which I did just to have my service suspended I was then told the money will be refunded now I have to wait 24 hour for the money to reflect back in my account yet my service stay suspended
