VERY UNHAPPY

I am having a terrible experience with Afrihost over the last two days. They appear to have internal server issues that prevent me sending our receiving emails. Unlike many modern companies Afihost unfortunately do not advise you that they have an issue - they rather let you battle with trying to get through to their call centre - with each agent providing a different reason as to what is wrong! Yesterday Siabonga told me it was a storage issue and that I should move to the next level contract - he assured me it would sort the issue - IT DIDNT!! I cant do business like this.!!
