Very Slow internet speeds

<p>I recently joined Afrihost and I must admit I am not impressed. We are paying a additional amount for the premium Package to ensure that we are not shaped. Since we have joined we have avareged 2MBPS Download and 0.5 MBPS upload with high pIng rates above 120MS. On a Premium 4Meg Line. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have logged faults on the 29th of June, 1st of July and 18th of July, With very little results. We tried phoning to Cancell but we where number 20 in the calling que and it would have taken us 20 minutes on hold just to Cancell.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not impresses and will definatley not recommend anyone to use this service provider. This far very little has been doen to try and fix the error. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
