Very poor technical support and customer service

Since I last reviewed Afrihost on hellopeter I have had absolutely no resolution to the poor internet service from this company. I received a template email from their QA department, responded to it immediately requesting a call back from Afrihost's QA department. To date, there has been no changes to my internet quality and I have not received any feedback or technical support from Afrihost. Sincerely, Laurence Sack ***
