Very poor service. Regret

I am going through the reviews now and I regret taking fibre connection with Afrihost. I will not recommend this to anyone, I ordered fibre connection from you guys the only thing I received was WiFi , and installation was done after 5 months of waiting. They finally installed and now I have no internet, apparently my line has not been provisioned by frogfoot this is now 2 weeks. When I contact the support team always chatting to a new person and no one knows what's going on, they keep on saying they will escalate. But I am really disgusted
