Very poor service from Afrihost and CCD

On 18 April 2018 I ordered a data SIM from Afrihost and the payment came off my bank account on 20 April. Only when I followed up on my delivery through their WhatsApp chat did they start auctioning this. On 25 April they dispatched the SIM to their courier CCD. On 26 April I received a call from CCD to confirm delivery of the SIM on 4 May. So in essence from date of receipt of payment to delivery it takes 10 working days! This is not acceptable and I would cancel if I can be assured they will refund my money immediately. SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM BOTH AFRIHOST AND CCD!
