Very poor service by afrihost and vumatel

I used to admire the service from Afrihost when i had my Adsl with them. I recently switched to Fibre on the 10/2 line and i get throttled as soon as i try to upload anything. I have contacted Vumatel And Afrihost many times to complain and all they do is pass the buck and dont resolve the issue. Afrihost keeps asking for test results which they already have from the 2 times i sent it to them. I asked to speak to the manager but nobody can give me details of teh manager or even ask the manager to call me back. I have lost complete faith in both Afrihost and Vumatel. Their service is completely pathetic in resolving issues.
