Very poor service and Support team non-exisistent

I subscribed to Afrihost, needed to create a website for my business. Upon registration it's they informed me that it only takes 10 min for the website to be up and running. Well it's been four months now. Still no website. Every time you log a query it takes 12 days for someone to just send you some stupid email to get you off their backs. If you reply, a new person gets assigned to the job and knows nothing about the query. <br> I should have read the complaints on Hello peter before I joined Afrihost.
