Very Poor service and money theft from Afrihost.

After spending 2 weeks of backwards and forwards emails and hours on the phone and WhatsApp and still not getting anything resolved, I resorted to emailing the CEO Gian Visser explaining everything again, yet , no surprise, nothing has been done, not even a response. Each time I send Emails and WhatsApp's to Afrihost I have to explain the whole story over and over or I simple don’t get replies or I do get replies that does not make any sense. Regrettably this would be my last attempt and I sincerely hope it will be able to assist in resolving or at least return my money or I will have no option as to open a theft case at the SAPF. I am a first time Fiber user, so I have not had any other ISP's. The property at the complex I stay already has an installation so I don’t require an installation. It is not from another ISP but from the previous tenant. The Afrihost application page does not make provision for this scenario, so I completed the application for new as I am new, and I indicated in my application that there is an existing installation. Yet I received an Emailed saying they can't proceed with my internet activation because there is an installation even after I did mention this in my application. Then there accounts department went ahead and deducted an installation R1450 cost from my bank account anyway for something They told me I already have....... I can’t do a migration as I don’t have or had an account with another ISP. I have send the last 3 weeks so many Emails and spend so much time on WhatsApp to try and resolve this that im at the end of my rope cause im not getting assisted properly and im being send from pillar to post and its costing me time and money. All correspondence related to my attempts is available. Funny thing is also Afrihost systems cant open Outlook Emails attachments as per confirmation from them.
