VERY POOR SERVICE

I'm appalled by the service I've received from Afrihost. App**** for fibre on June 13, 2025, and it's now June 23, 2025 - still no installation. The excuse about not knowing it's a second line for a separate entrance is unacceptable. Some customer service agents seem unfit for their roles, leaving me on hold for extended periods without explanation. Unbelievable experience!
