Very poor service

i have done a payment to Afrihost due to my wifi was not working now they are not helping and my money is with them and they telling if i want refund i will have to wait 14days. Their Agent communication including management is very poor they are not honest to the clients. I am working from home and i am stuck i can't work because of their Agent Jessica capturing my details incorrect on their system while i have typed the correct one and gave it to her while chatting with her on whatsApp it is almost a week working from home and no internet and they have money on their side. It will be glad if i can get money immediately and can get myself a new internet provider.
