Very poor service

The worst service ever. Three times in a month that my fibre line is not working and not one person is able to assist after 4 days of it still not working I requested someone to come and sort it out and they tell me "sorry we don't come out for that". They expect you to pay them every month but yet the service they deliver is no good. In two years we never had this problem only now?
