Very Frustrating and poor service delivery

Recieved the poorest service ever imaginable I reported my internet down more than three weeks ago and my issue is still not resolved I've had to call them numerous times over the last 3 and a half weeks and every consultant I spoke to promised to take it upon themselves to escalate but up to today not a single one has come back to me worse service delivery I have experienced in a long time.
