Very Frustrated and Desperate

I have had nothing but frustration for the past 2 weeks. We changed ISP and decided to go with Afrihost as I had heard rave reviews about them. From sign up it started going south!! Only 4 days after my bosses passport was verified did I find out that we still hadn't ordered anything...client zone not very user friendly for green horns! We were finally up and running and after telling the technical department we needed a router, found out that had not been ordered! Ok, router ordered we were told 2 - 3 working days...that was about 10 days, and the scariest part is they only had to migrate us. Well that has now taken about 3 days for Africa Link to do. We run a guest house and I haven't been able to check my emails for days. Just found out we have lost more than R60k in business this week. I have very unhappy guests who think I am the problem!! I only hope once we are finally connected that all is good. I can't bare having to go through all this again!!
