Very dissappointed with Afrihost

I have tried now for 4 weeks to get my Firbre up and running First the people you talk to have no idea what you saying and no one can help you. I have called and requested them to call me to sort out the problem. I eventually after 3 weeks spoke to a supervisor Kwazi who said he will phone me the following day and never did. I have called him twice today and he has an excuse he is on the phone with a client. I have left a message after a message to please call me. I just feel to communicate with someone in a higher position is basically not doable. It feels insane that a company can operate like this en never get back to you.
