Very dissapointed ...

Ordered a new service with them all went smooth parcel was picked up my courier and delivery scheduled this never happened and they can now all of the sudden only delivery next year and this clown on support is only he is sad...

no attempts to even sort out the problem at the end of the day they have chosen to use this useless courier i expect accountability for this
