Very disappointing Afrihost service

Very disappointing service when setting up a new account in the Overberg, W.Cape and as a result I've been without internet for a week. A new contract was ordered 5March to be delivered a month later when the openserve trial month ended. A week after scheduled installation I still have no fibre despite numerous calls. I paid for the Router to be couriered and Afrihost, despite calls prior to despatch, chose an inferior, low-priority courier. They claim to be really well liked. I have found the opposite experience....
