Very disappointed with the service - waste our time

Very disappointed with the service with Afrihost. We app**** for fiber at our restaurant on 27th November 2018. Everything was approved and they sent us the router in speed time which was impressive. December came and numerous of emails asking when the fiber will be installed, was told they are waiting for vumatel to give them a date. January came sent emails to be told Vumatel was only opening 16th January 2019. So we waited and emailed them again today 23rd January to now been told they cannot provide us with fiber as they no longer do businesses if we could please cancel the order and request for the router to be returned and fetched by their courier company. After waiting over a month and a half to be told they cannot help us is absolutely ridiculous as we could of found another service provider to help us. All the information about our business was provided when we app**** and no where did they say that they cannot help us. Thanks Afrihost for wasting our time.
