Very disappointed in a company I thought had great customer service

I'm an existing LTE customer with Afrihost. I placed a Fibre order more than a month ago, but because Fibre wasn't live in my area yet, my order was moved to a pre-order and I was going to be notified by Afrihost when Fibre is live in my area.

However, 2 weeks ago I checked the map myself and noticed that Fibre is now live, and since Afrihost didn't notify me as promised, I reached out to Afrihost requesting an update. They then took 2 days to reply, and informed me that they are now escalating it to the Fibre department. Another day or 2 later, I was charged R250 for the Fibre delivery fee and I was told that Frogoot will reach out to me for installation. 2 weeks have now passed since Fibre is live in my area and nobody has reached out to me. 2 days ago (on Sunday) Afrihost emailed me to ask me what my complex name is (after I gave it already in my order).

So now the country is going under lockdown and I won't have my Fibre installed to be able to work from home, and how long will I have to wait now for the installation to be done? Another 21 days of lockdown just before the delays can start again?

I have other ISP's waiting for me to confirm my order, but I thought I'd stick with Afrihost due to the good service I've been receiving. However, this has been going down the drain slowly but surely and now the only thing keeping me with Afrihost is the R250 I already paid for the Fibre to be installed.

Very disappointed.
