Very Disappointed

Normally Only excellent rating will be provided for them as the service in my time with them as been quite nice always fast on support etc. but sadly that seems to have gone down the drain been having some problems since this past Sunday took it no mind MTN normal has problems on random times but usually gets resolved after a while without any intervention needed. this time nothing of the sort happened and that kind of prompt me to report the problem gave it sometime Monday and it did not resolve so reported the problem on Tuesday guy did a few things, but problem persisted ... reported again on Wednesday gave allot of tests and results as requested by agent this would have been escalated cool. now today again reported it as i have already upgraded it to a higher tier package 2 times hoping that was the problem and it was mtn shaping etc. still same problem service is unusable so far this has cost me cash and with nothing to show for with support being as helpful as a wet towel...
