Very disappointed

<p>I have app**** to get fiber lines in September 2016. Since then I have struggled to get them to get them out to put in the fiber lines. After months of struggling I have the lines. Now no feed back from afrihost after phoning and complaining and no answers all of the staff says they will contact me back but no response. Only when I said I would like to cancel the order then they come to place in the lines. Now I am still waiting on a response.. really disappointed and still with out Internet... I have asked to speak to the complaint manager but no assistance..</p>
