Very BAD service

I just wat to express my feeling to Afrihost and Frogfoot! I moved house on Friday and i ordered a 500/500 fiber line... They told me that the line must be merged! Until now my line is not merged oflr Activated! Every time i contact Afrihost they give me a ticket! I have 5 tickets already and then they blame frogfoot and then i contact Frogfoot and they say the problem is with Afrihost! Every time I contact Afrihost its 24 hours! So I've been waiting for 144 hours already and im fed-up, my business is losing money because of BAD customer service! I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET AFRIHOST OR FROGFOOT
