Very bad service delivery

I am a client of Afrihost Internet and I have not been able to work since the 13 June ... due to my fiber line /internet being down for the past 96 hours ,I have lost clients and business due to this ...

When I request for assistance I get told about the politics by your call center people between SADV and vuma tel ... And the due to whatever merge between vuma tel and Sadv I’m currently not being serviced ...

I have requested more the a million times to be escalated to a manager Or someone who can assist faster but With no luck or wishes to assist
