Very bad service and it is impossible to get hold of senior managers

Their support staff can never identify the problem so they give incorrect information regarding trouble shooting. They never admit that they have problem and mostly claim it is on the clients's system. The owners and directors don't return calls and neither do they respond to emails. They always deny the problem is on their side and it sometimes takes days to sort out a simple problem.
