Very Bad Service

After 10 years of looking after our email accounts , hosting our website, Afrihost servers went down on the 5 May 2015 and they lost our DNS. <br> <br> They are blaming Network Solutions with whom we bought our name with in 2000, but for 10 years they have been looking after us until suddenly their servers go down and now they want to pass the buck.<br> <br> In the last 72 hours we have lost a tremendous amount of business and 15 years of marketing down the drain.<br> <br> They are not helping much at all except sending us an email on how we should fix it. We are now having to pay someone else to solve the problem.<br> <br> Thousands lost in 72 hours, Afrihost Service is not what it used to be like 5 years ago.
