Very Bad Service

After multiple emails and communication to Afrihost and also The CEO of the company, there is no response no help no service nothing. Then after calling the service center a few times eventually someone helped me they were charging me for a service I did not activate or wanted as it could not do what I wanted as said from their service guys. So the person I spoke to said she can cancel the service for me, so I told her I do not want to cancel or lose any of my website during this process. Just to find a day later the website is offline so I called the help desk and after lots of stupidity no help just sorry you lost your site and would need to re do it again. I'ts been deleted, I mean really what a bunch of idiots. The CEO after many emails and about 3 weeks still no response not even the service center responded yet.
