Very bad service

Its been almost a month with numorous whatsapp chats and emails where I pay for a 100mbs LTE line, and I only get up to 6mbs. NO ONE from AFRIHOST is helping me, i just get the same instruction email all the time. WHY not send a tech to test the router. WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE IM NOT RECEIVING
