Very bad experience overall

Worst service I have ever experienced in my lifetime was told fibre line will be installed at my house in 4 weeks time only to be told that the the line will be installed 8weeks later after the 4 weeks have passed. The never call you back after the promise to call you back. And they always pass the buck
