Very BAD Customer service 🚮🚮

I am honestly disappointed with Afrihost, paid for a service and was unable to use it. I called, Emailed and even sent whatsapp messages but no help was rendered and when I ask for a refund I am told that they cannot refund me. They are the worst ISP.... Their customer service is very poor honestly.
