Very Bad customer care from Themba

Very very bad experience with A guy named Themba Y. This man does not understand what Client support means and is rude as well. The second person I spoke to, we had a conversation for about 30 minutes, I asked him if he could help me still could not understand what he should help me. with and ended up dropping the call.

The last Lady I got in contact with, Pearl very calm and actually had the answer these two smart guys couldn't get for about an hour just arguing with me. I apricate the help from Pearl in less than 10 min she helped me and for that I thank you.
