Very bad after service

The support from afrihost is very bad. My ont box must be replaced, i have made service request on the 1 NOV 2024 and at 11 NOV when i asked for update they tild me problem resolved but they did not even came out and replaced my ont box. I have contacted the manager numerous time's and she ignores me for a long time now.Best is to stay away from afrihost there after services is ver very bad. Till now no one contacted or answered me.
