Vanishing mobile data, No support.

I have been Afrihost Mobile customer for over a year now. In the past 2 months, just before the month end I ran out of data. Since I have setup auto limit, my account gets loaded with additional 250MB data which seem to vanish withing seconds, a new bundle of 250MB data is auto loaded, vanishes within seconds, just to be auto replenished with yet another 250MB of data. On top of it, I was connected to WiFi at work, update, back up and sync is set up to use WiFi only. I have contacted Afrihost per email, received no response, via online chat the person just stopped responding, the moment I've mentioned vanished data and PAL- ********** 5 also remains unanswered.
