Utterly *******.

I recently created a domain email with Afrihost. Month end, due to my monies showing after the 30th and the debit order couldn't go through, they decided to "Temporarily Terminate" my account and email.

Please keep in mind that Afrihost did this even though I paid them via EFT on the 3rd of May. When I emailed them, attaching my Proof of Payment they rep**** by sending me a form to be completed under review etc... This was really ****ing me off. Then it got worse.

This form can not be submitted to them unless I attach my Id, Id in my hand, SARS Tax nr, company registration and vat nr, and a utility bill etc!

This made me mad as hell... Why the hell would I give them these personal documents as it has nothing to do with them and doesn't concern them! Im trying to get my account re activated, not applying for a bank loan... This is utter *******, as I have sent them numerous amounts of emails, and still awaiting feedback.

Pathetic!
