UTTERLY PATHETIC AND USELESS

I pay R16k per year for a service that they are supposed to provide. When the service is down regardless of what the problem is, they should be on top of the problem and check with whomever is involved when the problem will be resolved. These guys do not provide that service, all they care about is the installment at the end of the month. They have ZERO pride in their work and no interest in keeping their clients happy. I do not experience a lot of problems with them but when you do, you are going to be offline for days, going on my 5th day now. All they can say is it is not on our end, ZERO effort in reaching out to the relevant party to resolve the problem. ZERO callbacks when they are requested, ZERO updates regarding the problem, ZERO pride in their work. I will not recommend this service because it is not a service, it is a middle man for collecting money. My internet is needed for homeschooling and work purposes and all i get from the "service provider" is, we requested an update on the ticket.
