Utterly Dissappointed

I have asked for data usage reports. they can't provide any. So I ran glasswire on my laptop - I was using half of my data and they say it is finished. so I upgraded to double the data allocation and it was finished again. This has been the worst service I have received from Afrihost in a long time. utterly disappointed.
