Utterly disappointing service.

Worst service I have ever received. Firstly Jansen M and Siyabong M, just stopped corresponding without notifications, just blatantly ignoring my emails. This whilst I am having trouble with my internet connection. Then all of a sudden Obakeng Matshoga responds to the emails sent to the two people previously mentioned, however absolutely NO advise, NONE of my concerns were addressed, I just kept receiving answers in circles. If this is the type of customer support you receive from afrihost, I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
