Utter poor service and no resolution

<p>Issue with my voice/data contract for 3 weeks now and still no resolution. No feedback and no updates. "Dev" department clearly not capable of their tasks as when the client tells them what the issue is they still carry on doing what they think is right.</p> <p>Hopeless. </p>
