Useless waste of time

Unless you know C++ and can code your own settings using a ethernet cable and PC that can connect directly to the black box don't even bother calling the service desk when your fibre is slow or down. Also make sure you have the correct masonry drill bits for the installers or they will break chunks out of your brickwork installing the cable. Absolutely useless. Cancelling our R800 contract immediately.
