Useless to the core

We have been having issues accessing our emails, website, webmail, hosting in general. We sent them a million emails and made million calls and they keep on saying they are whitelisting the IP address besides the fact that we proved them there is an issue on their side by sending them tracert reports, screenshots of webmail, etc. They also always take their time and it is such a mission, stay away from afrihost, ****** useless
