Useless support

Fibre installed 2 weeks back and still not working and I was billed for non-service - useless support - All they do is apologize but nothing gets done

Afrihost you need to get your act together - Keep on lying to your customers and say there's outtage in the area (which was BS by the way) and keep on telling them that you will get their problem sorted out and then do nothing about it and see how this is going to work out for you.

Really disappointed with the level of their service - it is actually pathetic
