Useless Support

I have opened two support requests with them in two weeks and the support has been atrocious.

The support staff has very little understanding on basic questions such as domain delegation and has in some cases outright **** about features supported or not supported.

I have been a customer for more than 8 years. The support used to be reasonably good a few years ago. Today I would not use their services for anything critical since it is impossible to get competent support
