Useless support

<p>Hi was promised I'd receive their fixed wireless product after 5 days. Got a message that it has arrived... no call, no message, no one outside the door, call them: will be arriving.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next day: message saying they couldn't contact me, despite having my phone right near by, no missed calls. </p> <p>Contacted support, all busy, send emails, no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Billed for another 120GB, still no product, total amount spent R3650 with still no internet, no support, nothing, how do you manage to even secure new customers?</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely furious as I rely on internet to run my business. </p>
