Useless support

I continue to get kicked out of my mail and there is still no support. I was promised a call back eventually between 13:00-13:30 which I waited for and kept off my line for. 21:30 during load shedding I get a call? And the agent has no idea what the complaint is even though I have logged over 20 instances of the same complaint. Useless
