Useless service provider

My emails are down for 2 weeks, to find out that there is an issue with IP addresses which are blocked. Still not sorted and no-one bother to pro-actively inform me of that, as I found out by accidents when my colleagues didn't receive emails from me. Will looks for better hosting provider as I have more than 5 domains with them
