Useless Service from Afrihost and Vumatel

Fibre was connected into my home last week Tuesday and to date 1 week late still not activated. Afrihost says Vuma must provision the line but they are clueless on when this is going to be done. Guy who installed the fibre says his office called him today to connect line but he advised that he already did so last week. Does seem like they know what they doing. Useless service from Afrihost and Vuma tel.
