Useless Service

Utterly useless support desk. Have reported poor network connectivity multiple times was told it was escalated last week and still have no feedback.

any time i request feedback i get some new idiot from the support desk asking me to fill in the same damn information i already filled in last week so they can escalate the ticket. Why dont you try reading it and then actually answering the question i asked.
